Your role

As a Creative Front-End Developer intern you will have opportunity to :

  • Developing and implementing user interfaces using Figma and React, etc.
  • Integrating 3rd party components directly or via API.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop web prototypes.
  • Building reusable code and libraries for future use, e.g. Zurich Design System.
  • Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI / UX designs.
  • Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Ensuring the cross-browser compatibility of UI components.
  • You will have the opportunity to work in an Agile environment.

Your Skills and Experience

We would like to give this opportunity to somebody who is :

  • Active student status in Computer Science or related field from Spanish University / School is mandatory
  • University student interested in developing career in tech field
  • Looking for at least 6 months part-time / internship program.
  • Tech savvy approach, with ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • An enthusiastic, capable, curious person craving to learn.
  • A good team player with responsible and can-do attitude, excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Able to use English for communication with colleague and managers from abroad on daily basis.
  • Knowledge in Figma, React, and 3rd party integration.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Knowledge of Git and version control.

Nice to have :

  • Understanding of web design principles and UI / UX best practices.
  • Ability to integrate 3rd party components directly or via API.
