Responsabilidades:


Ideación y creación de contenido original y atractivo para diversos clientes y canales, incluyendo blogs, redes sociales, correos electrónicos y otros medios digitales.

Apoyo en el community management de las cuentas de clientes de la agencia.
Ideación y creación de campañas de paid (Meta, Google, TikTok, Twitter y LinkedIn Ads).

Investigación y análisis constante de las tendencias y los intereses de las audiencias para así proponer y generar ideas innovadoras de contenido.

Monitorización y análisis del rendimiento del contenido y campañas utilizando herramientas de análisis y realizar mejoras basadas en los resultados obtenidos.


Requisitos:

Experiência de 3 años.
Estudios relacionados con comunicación y publicidad son un plus.
Perfil muy estratégico y con visión global de negocio para dar apoyo a otros departamentos de la agencia.
Habilidades de redacción y community management en español e inglés.
Conocimientos en campañas de paid, SEO y SEM (Meta, Google, TikTok, Twitter y LinkedIn Ads).
Estar al día de lo que pasa en redes sociales, buscamos a una persona muy online.
Conocimientos de edición de reels (Capcut, plataformas propias de TikTok e Instagram, etc )
Capacidad de trabajar en equipo.
Conocimientos básicos en creación web y UX.
Trabajo con autonomía y liderar reuniones con cliente.
