We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer to join one of our clients in Malaga, Spain – a brand community platform that aims to launch and scale high value brands in a global market.

Counting with more than 100K active members, they are different due to their international, creative, and personalized growth for business solutions.

You will be responsible for leading the Finance Department and planning, implementing and managing all the Finances activities of the company:
from business plans, budgeting, negotiations, and forecasting, to investor and partnerships relations and compliance.

In addition, your day to day activities will include:
Advising CEO in long-term business and financial planning; as well as investment and fundraising actions
Perform risk, cash, and liquidity managementMonitor compliance with laws and regulations for the Financial, HR, and IT departmentsEnsure a correct cash flow for the company's operationsManage the Finance TeamRequirements: University Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Master's Degree/MBA is a plus)10+ years of experience in Finances, with proven experience as CFO or relatedDeep knowledge of Corporate Financial Law and Risk ManagementDeep knowledge of Trade LawExperience in Data Analysis and Forecasting MethodologiesProficient use of Microsoft Office and Financial Management softwareYou have great organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsExcellent English levelCPA is a great plusBenefits: Join an international team and have autonomy of your workCareer development planAttractive salary according to experienceNice offices with excellent views Sounds like you or would like to get more information?
