Mechanical Superintendent

Key Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and budgets.
- Review engineering drawings and specifications during project initiation.
- Coordinate delivery of materials to work areas.
- Manage contractors and provide technical support.
- Supervise work phases and ensure quality and safety.
- Assist with Health and Safety Program management.
- Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with policies.
- Collaborate with contractors for project safety and quality.
- Assist in planning and scheduling for timely execution.
- Monitor construction compliance and performance.
- Review contractor extras and monitor schedules.
- Submit progress reports and ensure project completion.
- Review turnover documentation and ensure timely completion.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Technical Engineering Diploma or relevant certification with 5+ years of construction management experience.
- Experience as a Piping/Mechanical Superintendent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and construction budget understanding.
- Ability to track performance against schedules.
- Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
- Supervisory and evaluation skills.
- Ability to work in varied environments with a valid driver's license.
