El trabajo:
Realizar el mejor servicio al cliente maximizando las ventas.
Ser un embajador para construir la marca ECCO en España.

Apoyar al Segundo Encargado con el cambio de los conceptos de Visual Merchandising en la tienda, cuando sea necesario, en función de las aportaciones de la Oficina Central.

Ser un apasionado por el comercio minorista y aporta altos niveles de energía y compromiso a la empresa.
Tener un estilo de ventas natural y amigable, junto con un enfoque práctico y una actitud positiva.

Ter gusto por el trabajo en equipo siempre con una actitud positiva, de apoyo y flexible, que asume la responsabilidad de su rol para brindar el cliente con un servicio excepcional y maximizar las ventas.
