¿Qué buscamos?

Óptico responsable de tienda que se encargue de:

  • Gestión de tienda y de equipo
  • Analizar y controlar los resultados
  • Detectar las posibles áreas de mejora para el correcto funcionamiento de la óptica
  • Evaluar las capacidades visuales del cliente en gabinete
  • Atención y asesoramiento al cliente
  • Transmitir al cliente los valores de la marca
  • Llevar a cabo estrategias comerciales para conseguir los objetivos marcados

¿Qué ofrecemos?

  • Jornada completa de 40 h/ semanales (L-V). No se trabaj ni sábados ni festivos
  • Contrato indefinido con periodo de prueba
  • Salario anual /bruto + variable por cumplimiento de objetivos
