Main responsibilities

  • Indepth knowledge of Madrid city in order to list rental properties in target areas.
  • Collect and check all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements with landlords whilst ensuring company commission policy is in place.
  • Manage client relationship and insure proactive communication to both landlords and tenants
  • Deal with allocated clients(tenants) from initial contact until completion and post completion of the rental deals
  • Manage the full rental cycle and offer constructive and creative options and solutions for landlords and tenants in order to close deals
  • Keep our CRM updated with clients' requirements and maintain your personal data base up to date and in line with the commercial requirements and activity

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the real estate sector specific knowledge of Madrid ́s market, key areas and central locations is preferred
  • In depth business knowledge of real estate, legal and financial concepts and processes
  • Advanced in English and Spanish
  • Professional, good presence, excellent communication & negotiation skills, selfmotivation and drive to achieve top results
  • Financially and resultsoriented and able to work in an international team
  • Proactive with a 'cando' attitude
  • Organized, prepared to work flexible hours and a handson person
  • Outstanding levels of customer service preferably used to work with demanding national and international clients
