Descripción del empleo


En la zona de fusión (hornos y composición) y en colaboración con el Responsable de Fusión, supervisa el buen funcionamiento de los Hornos y el material de Composición, de acuerdo a la normativa.

Gestiona todo lo relacionado con el funcionamiento, estado y proceso de fabricación de vidrio en el horno, realizando las siguientes tareas:

  • Observa que el funcionamiento de los hornos estén dentro de los parámetros establecidos.
  • Propone acciones de mejora continua.
  • Avisa sobre incidentes en Fusión a la Dirección.
  • Registra todas sus intervenciones y aspectos a destacar en la libreta de reporte diario.
  • Alerta al Jefe de Turno sobre incidentes de calidad de la pasta de vidrio o cualquier incidente en su área que pueda repercutir en fabricación.
  • Hace el diagnóstico de la situación de las instalaciones específicas de Fusión de segundo nível (gas, agua de refrigeración, aire de refrigeración y comprimido, aire de combustión, máquinas de carga, piqueras, alimentadores, nível de vidrio, chimeneas, válvulas de inversión) y comunica las anomalías.
  • Participa en la formación de los fundidores y operarios de composición de nueva incorporación y / o interinos.
  • Alerta al personal de Composición sobre modificaciones en relación a las materias primas.
  • Supervisa y controla el correcto funcionamiento del horno en cuanto a temperatura, fusión y calidad del vidrio.
  • Asegura la provisión y calidad de las materias primas que componen las recetas del horno.
  • Vela por el cumplimiento de la política medioambiental de la empresa, y particularmente en lo que respecta a emisiones.
  • Cumple y promueve mejoras en la eficiencia energética de la planta.
  • Vela por el orden y la efectividad de todos los sistemas de seguridad de las máquinas según los manuales de Seguridad para las máquinas de escogido.

Requisitos:

  • Ingeniería química, electrónica, etc.
  • Sistema de gestión de Energía
  • Buen conocimiento del proceso de fabricación.
  • Conocimientos generales de hidráulica, neumática, mecánica, y electricidad.
  • Imprescindible buen nível de Español e Inglés, otras lenguas son un plus.
