Infrastructure Delivery Lead

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for successful delivery of projects to Avanade clients through organization, management and monitoring of people, methodologies and technologies throughout the project life cycle.
Day-to-day you will:
Manage scope, budget, and timing.
Accountable for project delivery success.
Act as the point of contact for resolving all issues from employees and the vendors.
Prepare and manage quality management plans.
Determine the approach to be used on the project based on the understanding of the client's requirements and design a comprehensive strategy for achieving successful outcome of the project.
Manages client expectations.
Optionally become product expert.
Report project progress to the steering committee.
Manage schedules.
Assist the sales department in creating proposals for prospects or existing clients.
Direct and motivate the project team.
Technical and non-technical skills and knowledge:
Experience in infrastructure project management (onpremise, cloud and/or M365)
Results oriented / self-directed ability to drive change in unstructured environment
Strong client interface and presentation skills.
Strong business acumen.
Track record of initiative and outstanding performance.
Excellent interpersonal skills-'Customer Focus'.
Manages customer expectations effectively.
Ability to quickly build relationships.
Passion for learning.
Strong time management skills.
Working knowledge of at least one software development methodology.
Working knowledge of Microsoft platform skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Project Global skill requirements to come; speak to hiring manages, capability leads, and region Talent Community champions for needs in your local market.
