  • This position plays a key role in achieving sales targets in the assigned area and gaining market share through the successful implementation of promotional activities in Estancos and Horecas.
  • The Trade Marketeer is also responsible for overseeing the proper execution and monitoring of promotional plans developed by the company, as well as the implementation of merchandising plans to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Negotiating at the point of sale, when necessary, to capitalize on commercial opportunities within company guidelines.

What does the role entail? Responsibilities:

  • Achieving sales targets outlined in the Annual Plan in terms of market share within short and medium-term timelines.
  • Utilizing company-provided tools to reach delegated objectives and maximize profitability with each client, effectively implementing company-designed strategies to maximize return on investment and impact.
  • Introducing new products to all clients within the designated area according to company timelines and strategies, ensuring proper placement to facilitate consumer reach.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with all Retailers/Horecas and Logistics Warehouses in their area to enhance brand distribution, sales, and visibility.
  • Expanding and optimizing JTI brand channels in the Horeca sector to increase share of space and brand share in Vending Machines, adjusting plans as needed based on regional strategies.
  • Regularly informing the District Field Manager about promotional activities, competitive insights, and market trends.

What are we looking for? Requirements:

  • Degree
  • 1 year of sales experience
  • Driver's license.
  • Native Spanish and English B1.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excel: Pivot Tables.
  • Power BI skills are a plus.
