Your Mission
As an HR Administrative, you will coordinate and execute key processes throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional service. Your role is essential in fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
What You Will Do
- HR Administration – Manage employee lifecycle processes, support payroll updates, oversee HRIS systems, and maintain accurate records.
- Employee Service – Serve as the first point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and providing clear, timely support.
- HR Compliance – Coordinate safety and compliance training, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.
- Culture & Engagement – Lead onboarding sessions, oversee training compliance, and support employee engagement initiatives.
What You Bring
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or business administration.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with A3 or Workday is a plus.
- Background in hospitality, wellness, or luxury is an advantage.
