Queremos incorporar un / a PROJECT MANAGER basado en nuestras oficinas en el centro de Barcelona para gestionar proyectos de arquitectura efímera en ferias, eventos y congresos en Barcelona, teniendo que viajar puntualmente a distintos puntos de Europa.

Buscamos ampliar nuestro equipo de gestión de proyectos con profesionales que nos ayuden a seguir creciendo, a ampliar nuestros horizontes y a crear espacios para los eventos y marcas más importantes del sector ferial, corporativo y congresual europeo. Buscamos una persona resolutiva, eficiente, que se sienta cómoda trabajando en equipo, organizada y acostumbrada a trabajar con timings determinados.

Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

  • Gestión de todas las fases del proyecto, desde planificación y cotización con cliente hasta ejecución del proyecto.
  • Control presupuestario de los proyectos.
  • Colaboración con el departamento técnico en el desarrollo de planos y materialización de los requisitos.
  • Gestión de proveedores y necesidades de cada proyecto.
  • Coordinación con terceros que puedan estar involucrados en los proyectos.
  • Coordinación de los diferentes equipos y proveedores de montaje implicados en cada proyecto para asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y fechas de entrega establecidas.
  • Gestión de incidencias y control de calidad.

Que valoramos?

  • Imprescindible experiencia gestionando espacios efímeros, eventos corporativos, congresos,…
  • Inglés hablado y escrito a nivel fluido.
  • Capacidad de gestionar varios proyectos a la vez de manera organizada y eficiente.
  • Capacidad de comunicar interna y externamente sabiendo adaptarse a entornos con clientes y proveedores.
  • Nivel usuario de herramientas office.
  • Conocimiento básico de herramientas informáticas como AutoCad, Sketch Up & Illustrator.
  • Orientación al cliente.
  • Orientación a resultados y resolución de problemas.
  • Disponibilidad y flexibilidad horaria.
  • Capacidad de organización y planificación.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar.

Trabajo a tiempo completo en nuestras oficinas en el centro de Barcelona. Salario competitivo acorde a la experiencia y competencias del candidato / a.

Quién somos y Qué hacemos en MAC Group?

Mac Group Stands somos empresa especializada en la construcción de stands, eventos y exposiciones. Para ser más precisos no hacemos stands sencillos ni fáciles, hacemos grandes construcciones para stands y eventos con altillos, estructuras especiales, diseños rebuscados, cosas únicas

Tenemos un equipo de projects managers y técnicos que se dedican a analizar y desarrollar los diseños con el fin de llevarlos a la realidad. La producción de eventos dista de la arquitectura urbana o residencial. Los equipos son multidisciplinares, teniendo que gestionar muchos aspectos y elementos distintos como metalistería, carpintería, instalaciones eléctricas, AVs, iluminación, gráficos..., en un entorno donde los timings son diametralmente más cortos que en procesos tradicionales, haciéndolos mucho más dinámicos y enérgicos.
