Wir, die Digitale Leute School, bilden Product Designer (UX/UI) in unseren Bootcamps aus und vermitteln sie in Einsteigerpositionen.

Starte als Quereinsteiger:in, Umsteiger:in, Junior:in oder Associate Designer (UX/UI) in die Product Designer Weiterbildung und finde dann deine erste Stelle.

Aufgaben

Steuerung von Designprozessen

Als UX/UI Designer arbeitest du eng mit einem Team von Entwickler:innen, Stakeholder:innen und anderen Beteiligten zusammen, um nutzerzentrierte Lösungen zu schaffen. Du nimmst an regelmäßigen Teammeetings teil, bei denen ihr euch über Fortschritte austauscht und sicherstellt, dass das Design den Erwartungen entspricht.

User Research & Nutzer

Du führst qualitative und quantitative Forschungen durch, um die Bedürfnisse der Nutzer:innen zu verstehen. Dabei nutzt du Methoden wie Interviews, Umfragen und Datenanalysen, um Personas und Customer Journeys zu erstellen, die den Designprozess leiten.

Prototyping & Wireframing

Du entwickelst Ideen und visualisierst sie in Form von Wireframes und interaktiven Prototypen, um diese mit Nutzer:innen zu testen und zu optimieren. Deine Konzepte helfen Teams und Stakeholdern, Designideen klar zu verstehen und weiterzuentwickeln.

Usability-Tests & Design-Optimierung

Du planst und führst Usability-Tests durch, um sicherzustellen, dass deine Designs intuitiv und benutzerfreundlich sind. Durch die Auswertung von Testergebnissen sammelst du Feedback, das direkt in die Optimierung der Benutzeroberfläche einfließt.

Produkt- & User Experience Design

Du gestaltest das Erlebnis und die Benutzeroberfläche des Produkts, damit es sowohl gut aussieht als auch einfach zu bedienen ist. Du erstellst Prototypen und Designs, die zeigen, wie das Produkt und aussehen soll und funktioniert.

Tracking & Analyse

Du beobachtest, wie Nutzer:innen mit dem Produkt umgehen, um herauszufinden, ob das Design funktioniert. Mit diesen Informationen kannst du das Design weiter verbessern und sicherstellen, dass es den Bedürfnissen der Nutzer entspricht.

Qualifikation
  • Du bist begeistert von Design und Technologie und liebst es, digitale Erlebnisse zu gestalten
  • Du arbeitest gern im Team und freust dich, gemeinsam Erfolge zu feiern
  • Du hast Spaß an agilen Arbeitsmethoden (z. B. Scrum, Kanban) und iterierst Designs schnell
  • Du kannst deine Designideen klar kommunizieren und Stakeholder von deinem Konzept überzeugen
  • Du zeigst Eigeninitiative, bringst kreative Lösungen ein und arbeitest pragmatisch
  • Du hast ein starkes Gespür für Nutzerbedürfnisse und gestaltest Lösungen, die den Unterschied machen
  • Du gehst mit Mut und Neugier an Herausforderungen heran und findest innovative Ansätze für komplexe Probleme
