About the Role

Are you fluent in German and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in Porto, Portugal, combining the flexibility of remote work with in-office collaboration.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing solutions and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in German through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
  • Provide outstanding customer support while meeting performance targets.
  • Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
What Youll Need
  • Fluency in German (native or near-native level) and proficiency in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a hybrid work environment.
  • Residency in or willingness to relocate to Porto, Portugal.
  • Availability to work shifts, including occasional weekends or holidays.
