Aufgaben

Das erwartet dich:

  • Du übernimmst die Administration, Konfiguration und Pflege der JIRA-Instanzen, einschließlich der Einrichtung neuer Projekte, Workflows und Berechtigungen.
  • Du erstellst Workflows in Jira, um Geschäftsprozesse zu digitalisieren.
  • Du analysierst und behebst technische Probleme und optimierst die Systemleistung.
  • Du erstellst kollaborative Intranets basierend auf Confluence.
  • Du integrierst JIRA mit anderen Tools wie Confluence, Bitbucket und externen Systemen.
  • Du arbeitest in einem cross-funktionalen Team mit talentierten Developern, DevOps Engineers sowie Atlassian Consultants.
  • Du empfiehlst unseren Kunden die richtigen Atlassian Produkte.
  • Du analysiere die Anforderungen und relevanten Geschäftsprozesse unserer Kunden und findest Potenziale, Atlassian Tools einzubinden.
Qualifikation

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik o.Ä.
  • Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Administration von Atlassian Produkten wie Jira und Confluence
  • Du brennst darauf Prozesse und Systeme unserer Kunden zu verstehen und zu verbessern, Service- und Kundenorientierung ist für dich selbstverständlich
  • Du hast ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, zeigst Einsatzbereitschaft und eine eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Dein Kommunikationsgeschick und Spaß an Teamarbeit machen dich aus
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
