Nuestro hotel, situado en una ubicación privilegiada en el corazón de Madrid frente al histórico Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía en el distrito de Atocha, cuenta con 161 habitaciones y es un lugar perfecto si eres un entusiasta del arte, la música y la cultura. Hard Rock Hotel Madrid ofrece una serie de servicios exclusivos de la marca, y servicios de restauración como la cafetería GMT+1, el restaurante Sessions, Roxy Garden y nuestro rooftop RT60.
El establecimiento también alberga la emblemática Rock Shop de la marca, que ofrece la oportunidad de comprar camisetas, gorras y otras prendas de marca. En Hard Rock Hotel Madrid estamos buscando a un estudiante para prácticas para nuestro equipo de eventos. Esta posición es indispensable para mantener y aprender sobre la operativa de eventos en un hotel. Entre las funciones, se destacarían las siguientes:
- Aprender sobre la maximización de ingresos en todas las áreas del hotel a través de la planificación y coordinación de grupos.
- Aprender sobre la contratación y planificación de eventos en el hotel, atendiendo directamente al meeting planner o cliente, para asegurar que los estándares de calidad y servicio superen en todo momento las expectativas del cliente.
- Llevar a cabo el seguimiento de los negocios de eventos potenciales y tentativos, con el apoyo del equipo de ventas para promocionar el hotel y su posicionamiento.
- Proporcionar información de nuestro hotel a solicitudes externas, informando sobre las tarifas y los espacios, con una actitud comercial y de relaciones públicas como embajador/a de nuestro hotel.
- Participar en la preparación del evento in situ, siendo la persona clave del cliente final.

Requisitos:
- Posibilidad de firmar un Convenio de prácticas.
- Formación universitaria acorde al puesto (hostelería, turismo o planificación de eventos).
- Trabajo en equipo, planificación y orientación a objetivos y al cliente.
- Nivel alto de inglés. Valorable segundo idioma.
- Residencia en Madrid.
