Mission

The Plasma Strategy Senior Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing strategic and operational projects within the plasma planning team. This position will report directly to the Director of Plasma Planning Operations and work closely with the Grifols Plasma Leadership Team (GPLT) and other key leaders to ensure the successful implementation of the business unit's strategic initiatives.

What your responsibilities will be

  • Oversee and coordinate strategic and operational projects.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for executive meetings.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments.
  • Identify and resolve operational and strategic issues.
  • Support decision-making through data analysis and research.
  • Work closely with plasma teams to ensure the execution of business strategies and action plans.
  • Lead Grifols Plasma Leadership Team (GPLT) meetings, determining discussion topics, driving the meeting flow, and ensuring follow-up on actions.
  • Design and conduct an effective planning framework for the plasma organization, including specific timelines, deliverables, roles, and approval requirements.
  • Provide proactive strategic oversight and direction, ensuring plans are adjusted as organizational priorities change and communicated clearly across the company.
  • Set/attend meetings on behalf of the Director of Plasma Planning Operations or the President of the Division.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategy, consulting or project management roles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with familiarity with visualization tools like Power BI.
  • Experience in project management, executive stakeholder management and team coordination.
  • Demonstrated skills in strategy development and implementation, market and business analysis.
  • Experience in Life Sciences and/or Retail industries is advantageous.
  • Global or international experience.
  • MBA preferred.
