If you are a passionate data leader with a proven track record of delivering impactful enterprise-ready data solutions, this role is for you.You willCollaborate across AzT and with Group to align and deliver comprehensive data solutions, considering the entire data lifecycle, in line with data strategy.Lead the design and delivery of robust data pipelines and impactful data foundations and solutions.Identify opportunities for data transformation by embedding data and advanced analytics into daily operations to drive continuous improvement and change.Partner with data managers and owners to ensure adherence to data quality standards, benchmarks, and metrics, maintaining compliance with established protocols.Increase automation and optimize data processing methods to integrate complex business logic and scale complex data sets efficiently.Develop and communicate best practices for effective storytelling through data solutions.Ensure the use of common data models and frameworks to promote a data-driven culture and highlight the benefits of effective data management.Engage with leadership and functional leads and other relevant senior stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and support.Minimum RequirementsAt least 10 years’ experience in Data solution delivery, data architecture or data engineering roles, with at least 5 years of management or leadership experience a plus.Proven track record of leading, managing and delivering technical data teams and projects.Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and compliance standards.Strong expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and data pipeline design.Familiarity with advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies.Hands-on experience with data tools and platforms.Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft cloud platform and related services.Expertise in programming languages, including Python and ML libraries.Experience with data analytics and visualization tools, such as Power BI.Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt to technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to convey complex data insights in a clear and compelling manner.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.Full professional proficiency in English.About Allianz TechnologyAllianz Technology is the global IT service provider for Allianz and delivers IT solutions that drive the digitalization of the Group.
