Job Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership & Research Innovation: Lead the development and execution of the company's products.
  2. Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Oversee all the projects with key clients at the first stages.
  3. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of researchers. Establish best practices and standards for research execution, analysis, and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  4. Business Growth & Thought Leadership: Contribute to business growth by identifying new research opportunities. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars, positioning us as a thought leader. Support sales and business development teams with insights, case studies, etc.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Market Research Experience: Minimum of 7 years (agency or client-side).
  2. Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills.
  3. AI Expertise: Experience with AI models and prompt engineering is a significant plus.
  4. Languages: Fluent English is required. Proficiency in German, Spanish, French, or other languages is an advantage.
  5. Personal Qualities: Energetic, sociable, flexible, and responsible. Quick learner with a strong enthusiasm for technology, especially AI.
  6. Location: Europe / visa-free passport is preferable. Maximum 3 hours difference from CET.
