Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networks.
- Set up, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure.
- Support and maintain Odoo ERP and Shopify platform.
- Document technical problems and solutions for future reference.
- Assist with IT security protocols and data protection measures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve ERP workflows and optimize system performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT support or a related field.
- Experience with Shopify and/or Odoo is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android systems.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel when required.
- Located in the Málaga area.
