Project Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee a critical project within the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation and optimization of a position-keeping system, ensuring seamless integration with existing financial systems and processes. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, risk management, and regulatory compliance and at least 7 years of experience in similar roles, particularly in the Spanish market.The client is a leading financial institution with a strong presence in the Corporate and Investment Banking sector. They are committed to innovation, excellence, and delivering high-quality financial services to their clients. The organization values collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement. The role requires 3-5 days from the office.Responsibilities:Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, IT teams, and business units, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.Performance Monitoring: Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report on project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a cross-functional project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Vertical Skills: Must be able to challenge stakeholders based on the candidate's understanding of the business.Mandatory Skills Description:7+ Years of Project Management experienceExtensive background and knowledge of Capital MarketsSTEM degreeFinance backgroundFluent in Spanish (C1 Advanced)Nice-to-Have Skills Description:Murex, Calypso, or any other similar systemPM certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile, etc)#J-18808-Ljbffr
