At Intracon, we are a dynamic collective of companies specializing in Marketing & Sales, HR consulting, and Corporate Events.

We are looking for an Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and ensure seamless project execution from point-of-sale confirmation to final delivery.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Allocation: Coordinate project assignment to teams, PMs, and SMEs, managing workloads, specialties, suppliers, etc.
  • Team Mentorship and Development: Support, mentor, and motivate Project Managers, fostering their professional growth and enhancing their skills.
  • Operational Management: Oversee and control information and task completion in project management tools like ClickUp, creating a suitable scorecard ensuring the tracking of key KPIs (timelines, billing, expenses, margins, quality, client satisfaction, etc.).
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve issues that arise during project execution, prioritizing tasks and managing resources effectively.
  • Reporting: Maintain clear communication with the Project Directors/KA, providing regular updates on project status, priorities, capabilities, and client satisfaction.
  • Purchasing and Supplier Management: Coordinate with suppliers and freelancers to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational process improvements, conduct audits of existing processes, ensuring they are as simple and efficient as possible.
