Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem Clean Code Trainer/Trainerin in Festanstellung.

Wir suchen keinen Entwickler/Entwicklerin sondern Trainer.

Sehr gutes Deutsch ist Voraussetzung.

Aufgaben

Sie arbeiten als Trainer/Trainerin für die Themen Clean Code und Flow Design. Die Trainings werden remote über Zoom durchgeführt oder vor Ort beim Kunden. Sie müssen die Bereitschaft zum Reisen mitbringen (D/A/CH).

Neben den Trainings arbeiten Sie mit an der Erstellung und ständigen Verbesserung des Schulungsmaterials wie Skripte, Übungsaufgaben, Musterlösungen, etc. Im Rahmen Ihrer Festanstellung bilden Sie sich unter anderem in unserem Akademieprogramm ständig weiter, um Trainings in höchster Qualität zu liefern. Sie können sich ferner beteiligen am Schreiben von Blogbeiträgen, Fachartikeln, etc. Auch an Podcasts, Webinaren oder Konferenzbeiträgen können Sie gerne mitwirken.

Qualifikation

Sie haben mindestens 10 Jahre aktiv als Softwareentwickler/-entwicklerin gearbeitet. Idealerweise haben Sie in dieser Zeit in diversen unterschiedlichen Projekten gearbeitet. Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in einer der gängigen Programmiersprachen wie C#, Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, etc. Sie haben ferner andere Programmiersprachen kennengelernt bzw. haben die Bereitschaft, sich auch in andere Sprachen einzufinden. In unseren Trainings sind die Gruppen in der Regel heterogen, so dass mehrere Sprachen vertreten sind.

Bei Ihrer Arbeit als Entwickler/Entwicklerin haben Sie die Clean Code Developer Initiative bereits kennengelernt und setzen einen klaren Schwerpunkt auf die innere Qualität der Software. Sie schreiben bspw. konsequent automatisierte Tests und beachten wichtige Prinzipien. Von Vorteil ist, wenn Sie bereits Kontakt mit Flow Design hatten.

Sie haben bereits erste Erfahrungen gesammelt in der Vermittlung von Wissen. Dazu haben Sie bspw. kleinere Vorträge gehalten oder zur Ausbildung von Fachinformatikern beigetragen. Sie arbeiten gerne mit Menschen zusammen, können gut formulieren und auch komplizierte Sachverhalte verständlich erklären.

Sie haben die Bereitschaft, im deutschprachigen Raum (D/A/CH) zu Kunden zu reisen. Ferner können Sie sich selbst gut organisieren und im HomeOffice arbeiten.

Bevor Sie eigenständig Trainings durchführen, stellen wir gemeinsam sicher, dass Sie über das nötige Know How verfügen. Wir bilden Sie fort. Dazu assistieren Sie zunächst in den Trainings und werden dann im nächsten Schritt von einem erfahrenen Trainer begleitet.

Der Arbeitsplatz ist vollständig remote. Sie können selbst entscheiden, von wo Sie arbeiten (mit Ausnahme der Trainingstage vor Ort bei Kunden). Sie sind in ein wachsendes Team eingebunden, das sich mindestens 2x im Jahr mehrtägig live trifft.
