Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of 15 staff members to deliver exceptional service and uphold the highest standards of quality. Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain a welcoming atmosphere, resolve any issues promptly, and foster positive relationships with customers. Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving strategies to optimize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Drive business growth through effective marketing strategies, community engagement initiatives, and innovative ideas to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry, preferably in Mexican cuisine.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- A hands-on approach with a willingness to work alongside team members.
- A proven track record of driving business growth and achieving financial targets.
