Deine Position- Du verantwortest das Training der Elektriker an unseren 1KOMMA5° Standorten in ganz Deutschland auf unser Energiemanagementsystem Heartbeat
- Dabei berücksichtigst du auch die Einbindung in Photovoltaikanlage, Stromspeicher, Wärmepumpe & EV Charger
- Damit verantwortest du den operativen Rollout von Heartbeat im deutschen Raum und stehst für jegliche Rückfragen der von dir ausgebildeten Elektriker zur Verfügung.
- Du findest einen guten Mix aus sowohl technischen als auch vertrieblichen Lerninhalten und trägst damit das Verständnis und die Begeisterung für 1KOMMA5° Heartbeat in unsere Standorte.
- Du bist mit unseren Standorten im Feld unterwegs, schulst live beim Kunden, nimmst selbst Anlagen in Betrieb und kennst die Kniffe und Tricks unserer eigenen Fokusprodukte.
- Du verfügst über eine elektrotechnische Ausbildung, hast ein Ingenieuswissenschaftliches Studium absolviert (vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt "E-Technik") oder verfügst über eine ähnliche Qualifikation.
- Du hast bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Erneuerbaren Energien/Leistungselektronik/HEMS.
- Die Fähigkeit/Genehmigung eine AC-Inbetriebnahme selbstständig durchzuführen ist ein Bonus.
- Du bist sehr strukturiert, hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität & verfügst über stark ausgeprägte rhetorische Fähigkeiten.
- Du schaffst es unterschiedlichste Persönlichkeiten für deine Themen zu begeistern und stehst auch kritischen Rückfragen kompetent gegenüber.
- Du bringst eine hohe Reisebereitschaft mit.
- Du erhältst eine moderne Arbeitsausstattung (Diensthandy, Laptop, etc.)
- Dir wird für deine Reisetätigkeit ein Fahrzeug bereit gesellt.
- Home Office und remote work liegen in Deiner Verantwortung.
- Mit deiner Arbeit beschleunigst du unmittelbar die Energie- und Mobilitätswende und leistest einen aktiven Beitrag zum nachhaltigen Umbau unserer Energie-Infrastruktur.
