Aufgaben
  • Recruiting & Onboarding: Entwickle Strategien, finde Talente und sorge für eine nahtlose Integration ins Team.
  • Systeme & Prozesse: Optimiere Arbeitsabläufe, automatisiere Prozesse und arbeite dich in relevante Tools ein.
  • Kundenzufriedenheit: Sei die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Top-Kunden und stelle sicher, dass sie begeistert sind.
  • Schnittstelle zum Team: Koordiniere zwischen Kunden und E-Commerce Managern, überprüfe Deadlines und behalte Timetracking-Daten im Blick.
  • Prozessüberwachung: Kontrolliere Projekte und optimiere operative Abläufe.
  • Kundeninteraktion: Führe Status-Updates und strategische Gespräche, um Kunden optimal zu betreuen.
  • Testimonials: Begeistere Kunden dazu, ihre Erfolgsgeschichten zu teilen und unterstütze damit unser Marketing.
  • Dokumentation: Sorge für fehlerfreie, aktuelle Projektdokumentationen – sowohl von dir als auch vom Team.
  • Effizientes Terminmanagement: Koordiniere Meetings und Termine zwischen Kunden, Team und Partnern.
  • Entlastung der Geschäftsführung: Übernimm operative Aufgaben, damit die Führungsebene sich auf Strategisches konzentrieren kann.
  • Assistenzaufgaben: Unterstütze bei Telefonanfragen, Kalenderverwaltung und der Organisation von Reisen und Meetings.
Qualifikation
  • Organisationstalent: Du behältst auch bei komplexen Aufgaben den Überblick und strukturierst Arbeitsabläufe effizient.
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe: Du arbeitest dich zügig in neue Systeme und Prozesse ein.
  • Durchsetzungsstärke & Eigenständigkeit: Klare Entscheidungen und eigenverantwortliches Handeln zeichnen dich aus.
  • Gewissenhaftigkeit & Präzision: Deine Arbeit überzeugt durch höchste Genauigkeit und Detailorientierung.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du erklärst komplexe Themen verständlich – im Team, mit Führungskräften oder Partnern.
  • Technische Affinität: Du beherrschst moderne Tools und bist fit in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Engagement & Effizienz: Du erkennst Optimierungspotenziale frühzeitig und handelst proaktiv.
  • E-Commerce Expertise: Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung im Umgang mit Shopify.
