We are now seeking an outstanding CRO to help fuel our next phase of hypergrowth.About the role: Head of Operations & PartnershipsEcostars is searching for a dynamic Head of Operations & Partnerships to lead the implementation of IoT and other technical solutions, define product requirements and architecture, and establish alliances for product integration and market expansion.Lead IoT and Technical Solutions Implementation : Ecostars owns proprietary technology to capture data from thousands of hotels globally. Our unique SaaS and IoT capabilities (mainly Narrowband and LoRaWAN) allow us to aggregate ESG data at scale. This role requires strong expertise in IoT and telecom technologiesDefine Product Requirements: n ew product features must be defined before development and market release. Our Head of Operations & Partnerships should be a skilled problem-solver with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other tools to support early product architectureBuild Partnerships and Alliances: Ecostars values cooperation and integration with other B2B SaaS solutions, focusing on multi-product integration and data consolidation via APIs. Partnerships are also crucial for market expansion, which falls under this role’s responsibilitiesFor all the above, experience in high-growth B2B startups or scaleups is essential, ideally with a background in hotel/travel tech. Previous experience in high-paced startup environments is highly valued.In addition to driving success in operations and partnerships, you'll have the opportunity to impact one of Spain's most promising startups. This role offers salary compensation plus an equity package.RequirementsWe are very demanding for this position, and applicants MUST meet all the following requirements:A) 5-10 years of experience in operations roles, with a successful track record (references required)B) Experience in B2B Seed or Series A startups/scaleups (with VC funding over €1M)C) Ideally on hotel/traveltech companiesD) Strong technical knowledge in IoT/telecom (engineering background appreciated)E) Fluent English: Native or C2F) Based in Madrid, Spain (hybrid work model)Compensation and packageSalary compensation aligned with experience, plus equity-based compensation so you can benefit from the company hipergrowth.Ecostars has recently raised its second investment round (VC backed) so is a perfect timing for joining our team - low risk high reward.
