Position Overview:
We are looking for a Dutch-Speaking Marketing & Sales Representative to join our Berlin-based team. This is a great opportunity for a fluent Dutch speaker with a passion for social media and digital marketing. In this role, you’ll drive marketing and sales efforts in Dutch-speaking regions, build client relationships, and promote our social media solutions.
You will collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams, develop strategies, generate leads, and close deals, ensuring that clients reach their digital marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Outreach: Identify and connect with potential clients in the Dutch-speaking market, assess their needs, and offer tailored social media solutions.
- Lead Generation: Actively generate leads through research, networking, and digital outreach, while qualifying prospects to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Sales Development: Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations, effectively conveying the value of our social media services.
- Account Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging long-term partnerships.
- Marketing Strategy: Work with the marketing team to create and implement campaigns that increase brand visibility and generate leads in Dutch-speaking markets.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate sales and marketing performance, providing regular reports and insights to management.
- Content Creation: Support the creation and localization of marketing materials and content for the Dutch market, ensuring cultural relevance and consistency.
- Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor actions, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams such as product development and customer support to enhance the customer experience and drive success.
- CRM Management: Accurately log customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM for analysis and reporting.
- Compliance: Ensure that all marketing and sales activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential, with at least a B2 level of English.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients.
- Sales & Marketing Knowledge: Passionate about sales, marketing, and social media, with an interest in the digital landscape.
- Customer Focused: Committed to understanding client needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities with a positive outlook.
- Analytical Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting data and market insights to guide strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Competent in using computer systems, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or social media is a plus but not mandatory.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Berlin, with relocation assistance available for eligible candidates.
- On-Site Requirement: Must be based in Berlin and willing to work fully on-site in our lively office environment.
