Interim PMO

This person will lead initiatives to address identified issues in our financial processes, with a primary focus on enhancing the Order to Cash (O2C) process across our SAP, CRM, and billing platforms. This role involves close collaboration with the Spain market's financial manager to ensure effective project management and achievement of project goals.

Reporting to the PMO Head, your main responsibilities will be:

* Collaborate with the financial manager to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, focusing on addressing identified issues in the O2C process;
* Develop and maintain a detailed project plan that includes all critical phases of the project, from design to implementation;
* Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to ensure all stakeholders work in synergy towards the common project goals;
* Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure timelines and budgets are adhered to;
* Facilitate communication between technical teams and end-users to ensure requirements and expectations are clearly understood and met;
* Conduct regular project reviews to present progress, challenges, and project strategy adjustments to management and stakeholders;
* Ensure compliance of transformed processes and systems with Corporate standards and with financial and regulatory standards;
* Manage project documentation, including specifications, progress reports, and end-user training materials.

Profile

We are looking someone with proven experience as a project manager in Finance process and information system transformation projects, good understanding of finance business processes and IT ecosystems. Proficiency in SAP systems and billing systems, in-depth understanding of the Order to Cash process and its challenges.

Strong stakeholder management skills at a senior level of both finance and technology functions, excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. English is mandatory, Spanish is a plus, finally, ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
