The Position
The Deputy Project Manager will support the Project Director in driving projects to reach Final Investment Decision (FID), as well as designing project workstreams to realise profitable renewable investment development, assign workstream leads and ensure delivery.
Your responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to:
Understand project goals and assist in designing and running the project to exceed Support positive Final Investment Decision in large scale Biogas projects by presenting solid execution plans coupled with robust business cases Deep-dive topics with developers to add value and manage riskManage risk, focus on key project fundamentals and work with the developer to deliver grid, permits, procurement and financial solutions Support Project Director and CIP on project financing requirements Manage RFPs and procurement processes as necessarySupport Project Director as required in preparing investor material & FID materialEngage with local and regional stakeholders as required
The role can be based in our Madrid office or closer to site in La Sentiu with weekly travel on-site.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a proven history of effective project development and construction of infrastructure projects ideally within the renewable energy sector. We also look for the following in a candidate:
Fluent in both Spanish and English Bachelor's or master's Degree in economics, science, engineering or similarAction oriented and willing to solve problems to deliver results Experience in managing senior and junior stakeholders Expert communication & project / programme management skills Energy levels to facilitate work, set a high standard and maintain a high pace
