Rejoins notre équipe produit et contribue à la fois à notre stratégie CRM et à l'analyse des données produit afin d'optimiser notre compréhension des comportements des utilisateurs.

Tes futures missions :

1. Maintenir et améliorer l'architecture et les processus des données CRM

  • Tu es en charge de la mise en place et du suivi de l'ensemble des processus nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du moteur CRM (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Assister les équipes CRM (B2B, B2C, B2B2C, Provider) dans l'implémentation de nouveaux workflows et projets.
  • Simplifier, nettoyer et enrichir les bases de données CRM pour assurer la qualité des données.


2. Permettre à l'équipe CRM de mieux piloter la performance du CRM et des parcours clients

  • Tu es en charge de la mise en place et de l'exploitation des systèmes d'information de l'entreprise.
  • Fournir à l'équipe CRM des tableaux de bord et des visualisations de données pour faciliter leurs tâches.
  • Donner à l'équipe CRM des compétences et des connaissances en matière de données par le biais de la formation et du soutien.
  • Analyser les parcours des utilisateurs par source, canal, vertical et pays afin d'identifier les opportunités de croissance.
  • Contrôler et analyser les performances CRM par le biais de tests AB et de mesures clés (délivrabilité, taux d'ouverture, clics, taux de conversion, ventes croisées, NPS).
  • Tu as la possibilité d'automatiser les rapports et les alertes afin d'optimiser les processus CRM et d'améliorer l'efficacité.

3. Aider les chefs de produit à adopter une approche plus axée sur les données.

  • Collaborer avec les Product Managers (B2B + plateformes B2B) pour comprendre le comportement des utilisateurs et améliorer la performance des produits.
  • Créer et gérer des tableaux de bord complets en utilisant Looker & Amplitude pour suivre l'utilisation et l'engagement des produits.
  • Mener des analyses spécifiques sur les produits pour soutenir la prise de décision basée sur les données.
  • Analyser les entonnoirs de conversion pour identifier les points à améliorer et optimiser l'engagement des utilisateurs.
  • Fournir des informations et des recommandations pour guider la feuille de route du produit et prioriser les fonctionnalités.
  • Assurer la qualité et la cohérence des données dans les ensembles de données liés aux produits.

Profil recherché :
  • Diplômé(e) d'une grande école d'ingénieurs. Les diplômés d'écoles de commerce ayant une expérience professionnelle dans l'analyse de données ou la science des données sont également pris en compte.
  • 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans le traitement et l'analyse de données, de préférence dans une startup ou un environnement technologique.
  • Compétences techniques
  • Maîtrise du langage SQL pour l'extraction et la manipulation des données.
  • Familiarité avec les outils de gestion et d'analyse de données (BigQuery, Amplitude).
  • Expérience avec des outils de visualisation de données (Looker, Tableau, DataStudio).
  • Compétences en programmation (Python, R) pour l'analyse des données et l'automatisation des processus.
  • Excellentes capacités de résolution de problèmes et d'analyse.
  • Capacité à interpréter des données complexes et à en tirer des enseignements utiles.
  • Esprit d'équipe et fortes aptitudes à la collaboration.
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication pour présenter clairement les résultats des analyses.
  • Curieux, créatif et autonome.
  • Proactif et capable de prendre des initiatives.
  • Organisé et capable de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (écrit et oral).
