HP is looking for a Designer, Internship position.

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer Intern to join our dynamic team in our newly opened HP La Masia Digital Design Center, located in Barcelona, Sant Cugat, surrounded by nature and conceived as a space to boost creativity, collaboration and foster activities for the design community.

The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced manager & design leads to assist in the creation of visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the design team to create designs that meet user needs and business requirements.

Design and produce visual assets for user interface components such as icons, buttons, and menus.

Work with design tools such as Figma & Adobe Suite to create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.

Analyze user feedback to improve UX/UI designs.

Work with developers to ensure that designs are implemented according to specifications.

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

What are we looking for?:

Currently enrolled in a relevant design program or recent graduate. Academic agreement is required.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma & Adobe Suite.

Ability to perform basic interactive and interface design research, collect data, and summarize results.

Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

Experience with or understanding of basic design principles, theories, and concepts.

Experience with user research methodologies is a plus.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.

Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Paid Internship.

Flexible schedule for part time (4h/day) for a 9 to12 months agreement.
