With over 50 years of experience, the company is ISO 9001 registered and operates globally in the United States, The Netherlands, Spain, and Brazil.About the JobThe Quality Manager is responsible for the quality management system and leading quality initiatives reporting to the Sr. VP of Global Quality & Regulatory Affairs. The role is based in Madrid, Spain, and involves resolving technical challenges and executing strategic vision while overseeing the quality team in Brazil.ResponsibilitiesLead quality oversight for manufacturing sites in Spain and Brazil.Collaborate with the quality team to implement the department's strategic vision.Act as ISO 9001:2015 Management Representative, ensuring compliance and standardization across sites.Lead audits and interface with customers on quality-related issues.Analyze quality metrics to develop improvement plans and enhance customer satisfaction.Conduct quality audits and inspections to improve performance.Use problem-solving tools for managing customer complaint investigations.Qualifications / SkillsDegree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience.Knowledge of Quality Management System standards (ISO 9001:2015, AS9100, IATF 16949).Proven experience in customer interaction and quality system auditing.Strong problem-solving skills, especially regarding audit findings.Ability to multitask and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Other relevant information such as travelPhysically active with the ability to lift up to 16 kg.Travel approximately 20%.
