At Morgan Philips, we are looking for a Marketing Director for the Iberian market for a multinational construction company. This position will report directly to the General Manager and the Group Marketing Director. Requirements Experience in marketing management of a local or regional level, especially in the area of implementing marketing strategies using various combinations of activities as part of the marketing mix.  Higher education: a degree in marketing, economics or management. Experience in working in the construction industry. Experience in cooperation in a complex international organizational structure, in a multi-stakeholder environment. Build and manage relationships with internal and external partners with a long-term perspective. Be able  to work in a matrix structure, working under time pressure, deal with many tasks and costs. High business acumen and openness to experience. Be able to develop masters of traditional and technical marketing communication. Experience in marketing teams management. Know and apply modern marketing tools and analyze their impact on the achievement of business objectives. Knowledge and practical ability to use marketing tools on the web (digital marketing). Knowledge of price management. Product and retail strategy is a must.  English at least at the C1 level. Support development of marketing competencies across the country. Development of annual marketing budgets and controls its realization, take corrective actions.
