Within the Commercial Department of the Services Division, we are recruiting a Contract Manager F/H to initially manage the application of contracts and subsequently to seek opportunities with the aim of increasing the Group's sales and ensuring customer/partner relations.In this context, your missions are as follows:•Manage a portfolio of customers/partners/contracts:-Maintain close relations with customers/partners-Be the project team leader for the elaboration of commercial offers claim/mod/escalation-Responsible for negotiation through to order placement-Track changes to the contract and update contractual documents by means of an amendment-Represent the sales department at internal and external multi-business meetings-Maintain CRM (customer relationship management) / various reporting tools-Implement and coordinate risk management processes-Identify and manage opportunities (additional business/contract renewal) linked to the contract portfolio•Develop new customers:-Define sales targets-Identify relevant contacts-Draw up a sales strategy-Present and adapt the commercial offer to the needs expressed by prospects, and respond to them with relevance and speed.Profile:Ideally with a 2/5-year higher education qualification with a commercial orientation, you have gained initial experience (minimum 5 years) in commercial roles in industrial logistics or industrial service provision.You are dynamic, responsive and a good listener.A taste for challenge and the ability to convince will be your main assets.A good command of English and Spanish is essential to successfully complete your assignments.Send me your CV in English and Spanish to HR-Albacete@daher.com indicating CONTRACT MANAGER in the subject line
