¿Qué harás en tu día a día?
Ayudar en la gestión los materiales gráficos del restaurante:Menús semanalesCartas anualesMateriales para campañas especiales: Flyers, Navidad, Sant JordiCartelería variadaLa gestión de los materiales va desde coordinación de la producción con el equipo de diseño, traducción en los diferentes idiomas, gestión de la impresión (tanto interna como externa).Ayudar en la aplicación de materiales en el Punto de Venta: coordinar cambios de decoración, implementación de nuevos productos en el córner shop, acciones especiales como navidad, Sant Jordi.Ayudar en la producción y proyecto de diferentes elementos necesarios para restaurante: vestuario laboral, nuevas vajillas, nuevo packaging, etc.Colaborar en la extracción de datos de venta y de satisfacción del cliente y análisis de los mismos.Colaborar en la gestión de las diferentes certificaciones y normativas de sostenibilidad relacionadas con los puntos de venta.
¿Qué necesitamos?
Entusiasmo por el mundo de la hostelería y , a poder ser, nuestro tipo de producto y la sostenibilidad.Buen conocimiento de Excel para poder analizar datos del consumidorCapacidad de traducción al inglés (contenido cartas de restaurante.Capacidad de preparar presentaciones en Power Point.Buena disposición “Hands On” y resolución. Ejemplo tener que implementar en diferentes locales una misma ubicación de carteles, decoración, nueva oferta, etc. Es decir, predisposición a estar en campo y no sólo a oficinas.Creatividad para proponer ideas, campañas, etc.
