MISSION:

The Mission of this position is to support the marketing team for the different strategic fragrance categories (Fine Fragrance, Personal Care, Home Care and Air Care)

FUNCTIONS:
Follow, analyze, and share the relevant market trends and new products launches and communicate to the marketing managers for their respective categories.
Design data reports coming from the following sources: Euromonitor, Mintel and WGSN.
Support the marketing team on the key Proactive Marketing Tools (Category Review, Promo Kits, Trends Presentations) for all categories (Fine Fragrance, Personal Care, Home Care and Air Care) on Canva.
Support each Marketing Manager on Promo Kits preparations, including the presentation content, printing the labels, and shipping the kits to the regions.
Coordinate Smelling sessions and product portfolios for Home & Personal Care; managing market products purchasing, ensuring the required set-up for the smelling sessions, and preparing the olfactive mapping for the presentations.
Publish relevant content in our internal social media (YAMMER), to give relevant information and insights to the different teams involved: Marketing, Sales, Fragrance Development Managers
Give general support to the Marketing Team on all internal and external client presentation when needed.
