The Role

As an Analyst / Junior consultant, you will work beside senior consultants while you develop cutting edge technical knowledge and skills related to rewards. You will have immediate exposure to real client assignments which will draw on your imagination and creativity as well as your ability to analyze data, support in drawing conclusions and presenting results. These experiences will help build your technical knowledge while you benefit from more structured learning interventions that are tailored to the business area you join.

Performance Objectives:

People

• Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams

• Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels

Client

• Partner with consultants on client projects across multiple industries about rewards projects

• Work with clients to develop effective employee compensation programs that include job evaluation, total rewards strategy, pay philosophy, competitive benchmarking, pay analyses, and short term incentive plan

• Contribute to the development of cutting-edge compensation structures, competitive base pay and incentive approaches that provide seamless delivery of global solutions for our clients

• Contribute to the development of new tools and approaches

• Increase efficiency within client teams by identifying ways to improve processes

Financial

• Meet chargeable hours targets as described by manager

• Contribute to sales and marketing efforts by helping in proposals or some other commercial activities

Excellence

• Develop technical knowledge and skills in the area of Rewards, grade structuring, salary structuring and short term incentive programs

• Deliver on projects to meet or exceed client expectations

• Support in some other activities. Provides effective design, delivery and execution of reward strategies and programs

The Requirements

  • High level English skills (C1)

  • Arabic speaker native
