Tu función En la actualidad, Kuehne + Nagel selecciona un/a Operativo/a de Tráfico Marítimo para sus oficinas ubicadas en Bilbao. En dependencia del/de la Responsable de Tráfico Marítimo, gestionarás la interlocución con los clientes asignados, así como el desarrollo íntegro de las cuentas. Tus responsabilidades Gestión íntegra de tráficos marítimos de mercancías; Colaboración con el área de Ventas para el correcto desarrollo comercial de esa actividad; Participación en proyectos propios del departamento, relacionados con la optimización de los procesos operativos; Interlocución con otros departamentos, oficinas, proveedores y clientes; Asumir y promover los programas de la Compañía en materia de Compliance y de Confidencialidad de Datos para todo lo concerniente a la posición de Operativo/a de Tráfico Marítimo. #LI-JS1 Tus habilidades y experencias Estudios académicos vinculados a la Logística o Comercio Internacional; Experiencia de al menos 2 años en funciones vinculadas a la gestión operativa/customer service marítimo; Conocimientos de forwarder; Inglés fluido; Dominio de las herramientas ofimáticas.
