- Preparar todas las herramientas de trabajo (motocicleta, móvil etc..) y zonas de partida de cada repartidor en cada turno;
- Organizar y supervisar a los equipos de repartidores a lo largo de cada turno, manteniendo una comunicación fluida con ellos y el equipo local de Delivery;
- Medir el rendimiento del equipo a través de las métricas operacionales correspondientes y llevando a cabo un seguimiento individualizado;
- Mantener informado al City Operations Manager y al People Specialist de los incidentes y problemas que surjan en la operativa diaria aportando soluciones prácticas y creativas;
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas de la empresa así como las guías operativas y de comportamiento;
- Colaborar con las diferentes áreas en el cumplimiento de las métricas definidas;
- Optimizar la operativa para asegurar la máxima eficiencia de los repartidores en los turnos;
- Informar al People Partner para llevar a cabo todas las sanciones y/o procesos disciplinarios que se requieran;
- Fomentar el compromiso y un buen ambiente de trabajo entre el equipo;
- Experiencia previa de al menos 1 año coordinando equipos, en sectores con alto volumen de actividad;
- Capacidad analítica para evaluar el comportamiento de las métricas a nivel operacional;
- Conocimiento sobre la optimización de rutas y patrones de éxito;
- Habilidades excepcionales de liderazgo, comunicación interpersonal y resolución de conflicto;
- Acostumbrado a trabajar bajo presión en entornos muy dinámicos;
- Disponibilidad para trabajar los fines de semana y en turno partido;
- Carnet de conducir y preferiblemente experiencia con moto;
- Residencia en Madrid;
- Contrato permanente;
