Biosense Webster, Inc., a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for an Associate Territory Manager to support the Boston/Southern New England market.

Atrial fibrillation (AFIB) is a quivering or irregular heartbeat (arrhythmia) that can lead to blood clots, stroke, heart failure and other heart-related complications. 20 million people around the world suffer from AFIB each year. Biosense Webster, Inc. is the global leader in the science of diagnosing and treating heart rhythm disorders. The company established its leadership in electrophysiology with the development of the first real-time, 3D cardiac mapping and navigation technology, as well as the first electrophysiology catheter. The introduction of the company’s CARTO® 3 System in 2009 revolutionized 3D mapping technology by increasing the accuracy, speed, and efficiency of the cardiac ablation procedure.

TASKS:

Develop and implement product marketing strategies in region. Responsible for the sales results.

Provide technical and clinical support in Operating Room/Electrophysiology Lab.

REPORTING TO:

Sales Manager

MAIN DUTIES

Implement sales plan and monitor achievement of objectives.

Collaborate in setting margins for sales operations based on each product and/or client, and participate in defining pricing and service policies for the clients in arrythmia market.

Maintain a personal relationship with important clients, negotiating prices, deadlines and other conditions with the client directly.

planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables.

keeping up with the latest clinical data supplied by the company and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with health professionals during presentations;

monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products;

keeping detailed records of all contacts;

developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector;

staying informed about the activities of health services.

JOB PROFILE

Essential requirements

Education and training

Applicants must possess the following:

University degree (preferably Engineering or Nursing).

IT knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.

Languages: High level of Spanish and English

Experience

Applicants must have a minimum of four years’ experience within a sales position, and preferably at least 2 of those with experience in electrophysiology.

Desired requirements

Applicants should have:

Hospital sales experience.

University education in the healthcare area.

A Masters degree related to the area.
