La posición se encuadra dentro del área de Asset Optimization Tech de Repsol Technology Lab, cuyo objetivo es generar valor a la Compañía contribuyendo en toda la cadena de valor del negocio industrial de Repsol, desarrollando productos y soluciones tecnológicas sostenibles para la optimización de los activos industriales tanto los actuales como los nuevos activos (electrolizadores, C43, gasificación…) combinando el conocimiento profundo de los procesos y técnicas matemáticas avanzadas.

La persona seleccionada, una vez incorporada en la compañía pasará a participar de un ciclo de formación que incluye 24 meses de formación en un Complejo Petroquímico de Cartagena o Tarragona antes de su incorporación definitiva a la Dirección de Tecnología y CV en Repsol Technology Lab ubicado en Móstoles (Madrid).

Funciones y responsabilidades

Participar en el desarrollo de productos de optimización.

Desarrollo, uso y adaptación de modelos predictivos y prescriptivos basados en primeros principios, análisis de datos y modelos híbridos

Aplicación de conocimientos de optimización matemática y estadística clásica, desarrollando modelos de optimización de unidades industriales y esquemas

Desarrollo de herramientas avanzadas de monitorización de la operación de unidades industriales, incorporando simuladores de proceso

Monitorización de la operación de unidades industriales. Diagnóstico de situación de unidades industriales fundamentado en estudios experimentales o de simulación y conocimiento de proceso. Estudios de actividad catalítica y de eficiencia energética.

Elaboración de documentación técnica con impacto en el negocio y vigilancia tecnológica en su ámbito

Requisitos Necesarios:

Grado en Química o Ingeniería Química

Valorable Máster en Ciencia de datos o en Matemática Industrial

Valorable conocimiento en procesos de Refino y Química

Valorables conocimientos de principios de modelización matemática y estadística

Valorable uso de paquetes comerciales de simulación (Hysys, Petrosim…)

Valorable uso de lenguajes de programación (principalmente Python)

Nivel de inglés: B2+

Imprescindible disponibilidad para poder residir y trabajar en complejo industrial (Cartagena o Tarragona)
