Ons kantoor zit in Barcelona, waar je komt te werken in een leuk team wat bestaat uit ca. 20 enthousiaste collega's werkzaam in Bucharest, Roemenië en Barcelona. De voertaal binnen het team is Nederlands en intern binnen ADP, Engels. Het is dus belangrijk dat je naast Nederlands ook goed de Engelse taal beheerst in woord en schrift.

Wat ga je doen?

Als iHCM Client Service Consultant ben je de contactpersoon voor voornamelijk Nederlandstalige klanten die vragen hebben over iHCM. Jij bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt en je zal voor 90% in contact zijn met HR- of Payroll-medewerkers. Er zijn verschillende manieren waarop de klant contact opneemt: via de telefoon, chat of ons ticketsysteem. Dit bied je het platform, de ruimte en tijd om de klanten goed te woord te staan en tot een passend antwoord of oplossing te komen. iHCM is een zeer uitgebreid softwarepakket voor HR en Payroll Administratie wat weer bestaat uit verschillende modules. Zo kun je vragen verwachten over onder andere de volgende topics:

- Verlof en verzuim

- Declaraties

- Tijdregistraties

- Medewerkergegevens

- Rapportages

- Documenten

- Organisatie

Voordat je aan de slag gaat, krijg je eerst een uitgebreide training waarin je goed wordt begeleid en er veel ruimte is om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Je krijg elke dag een stukje theorie wat je in de praktijk gaat toepassen door opdrachten in de testomgeving te maken. Kort daarna zul je aan de slag gaan met real-life cases om je eerste praktijkervaring op te doen.

Na ca. 2 maanden zit de trainingsperiode erop en ben je klaargestoomd om live te gaan; de eerste inkomende telefoontjes komen eraan

Wie ben jij?

Jij houdt ervan om klanten zo goed mogelijk te helpen en hun vragen te beantwoorden. Daarnaast ben je een teamplayer en kan je goed samenwerken met andere afdelingen. Omdat je te maken krijgt met een grote verscheidenheid aan tickets, weet je goed hoe je prioriteiten moet stellen om de belangrijkste zaken eerst af te handelen. Je communiceert helder en duidelijk en je staat stevig in je schoenen. Je bent leergierig, nieuwsgierig en hebt interesse in HR-gerelateerde zaken. Je beschikt over HBO werk- en denk niveau.

Where will you be working?
ADP is the international market leader in the field of integrated HR and payroll solutions (HCM: Human Capital Management) and therefore an expert in your field. Our office is in Barcelona, where you will be working with a nice team of ca. 20 enthusiastic colleagues - working from Bucharest, Romania and Barcelona. The working language within the team is Dutch, and internally within ADP, English. It is therefore important that you have a good command of English as well as Dutch, both verbally and in writing.

What will you be doing?
As an iHCM Client Service Consultant, you are the contact person for mainly Dutch-speaking clients who have questions about iHCM. You are their first point of contact and for 90% you will be in contact with HR or Payroll employees. There are different ways for the client to contact you: by phone, chat or through our ticket system. This offers you the platform, space and time to properly address the customers and come to an appropriate answer or solution. iHCM is a very extensive software for HR and Payroll Administration, which in turn consists of several modules. You can expect questions on the following topics, among others:

- Leave and absence
- Expenses
- Time registration
- Employee data
- Reporting
- Documents
- Organization

Before you start working, you will first receive an extensive training in which you will be well supervised and there is plenty of room to develop yourself. Every day, you will be given a piece of the theory which you will put into practice by making assignments in the test environment. Shortly after that, you will start working with real-life cases. After ca. 2 months, the training period will be finished and you will be ready to go live; you will soon be handling your first incoming calls

You love to help customers as much as possible and enjoy answering their questions. In addition, you are a team player and can work well with other departments. Because you deal with a wide variety of tickets, you know how to prioritize the most important issues first. You communicate clearly and you stand firm. You are eager to learn, curious and are interested in HR-related matters. You have a higher professional education (HBO) in work- and thinking level.
