Desde Grupo Adecco buscamos perfiles como TÚ, que quieran formar parte de una experiencia única con esta importante cadena hotelera participando en una jornada de Assessment para poder formar parte de su programa interno de desarrollo para futuros directores/as de hotel con el objetivo de representar la misión, visión y valores de la compañía.
¿Qué necesitamos de ti?
-Estudios finalizados en Hostelería, Turismo, ADE o similares.
-Valorable Máster/Postgrado en dirección hotelera.
-Al menos dos años de experiencia como director/a de hotel o en un puesto de responsabilidad gestionando equipos.
-Imprescindible experiencia en el sector hostelería.
-Es importante que cuentes con posibilidad de trabajar en jornada completa de lunes a domingo (incluido festivos) con disponibilidad horaria en función de las necesidades de la cadena hotelera.
-Imprescindible disponibilidad de cambio de residencia.
-Nivel de inglés avanzado (C1/C2)
-Muy valorable conocimientos o dominio de un segundo idioma.
-Perfil con muy buena orientación a resultados, con buenas habilidades de gestión de equipos y liderazgo, con muy buena capacidad de adaptación y tolerancia al estrés.
¿Cuál será tu misión en esta posición?
-Gestión de Recursos Humanos: identificación de necesidades de contratación, gestión del clima laboral, responsable de ser nexo de unión entre áreas y gestionar el cumplimiento de las normativas laborales.
-Gestión Económica: elaboración de presupuestos, ser responsable de la cuenta de resultados, gestión de compras y control de gastos.
-Gestión Comercial: diseño y definición de planes de marketing y ventas locales, identificación de diferentes oportunidades de negocio, elaboración de política de precios interna y promoción del establecimiento.
-Representación y Relaciones Públicas: representación de la marca, creación y mantenimiento de relaciones institucionales y gestión de eventos.
-Gestión Operativa: implementación de procesos y procedimientos operativos en todas las líneas de negocios, revisión de instalaciones y gestión de calidad y atención al cliente.
