About the role
The Research team at Fever increases revenue and customer & partner satisfaction by identifying, developing and implementing solutions that improve the experiences we offer - online and offline.
We work with teams across the entire organization to make every experience 5 stars worth.
As a Research Data Analyst at Fever you will analyse extensive user research datasets to extract key insights that help us increase revenue and customer & partner satisfaction. Although you will participate in some Product research, your focus will be on Experiences and Marketing.
In your first 3 months you should be able to
Work together with the User Researchers to collect data using a range of primary methodsAnalyse big research datasets and extract adequate insights across various types of project Articulate and package findings effectively, sharing them with colleagues and external partnersUnderstand the context for business problems and develop your awareness of possible solutions
By the time you hit 6 months you should be able to
Design and/or optimise systems for the collection, analysis and dissemination of research dataHave an eye for what gaps remain in our knowledge, and a sense of how we may fill them Ensure data validity in your work, addressing biases and limitations insofar as possibleIdentify trends in our data that constitute business opportunities, and pursue them
About you
Must have
Previous experience in a data analyst or research analyst role.Extensive knowledge on how to utilize big data and analytics tools to analyze large datasets that drive strategic business decisions.Experience working with SQLYou thrive in fast-paced environments and have a great sense of ownership, urgency and drive.You're able to communicate fluently in English.
It would be nice if you..
Have experience working with Python, R or similar technologies. Have experience utilizing data visualization toolsHave previous experience working in user research teams
