Eviden Spain is looking for an experienced Consultant SF HCM to join our team. As a SAP Consultant SF HCM, you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management solutions for our clients.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their HR requirements and business objectives.
- Participate in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, focusing on HCM and payroll modules.
- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet client needs, with a focus on Spanish payroll localization.
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process, including system testing, training, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve service delivery.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM payroll consulting.
- Proven experience in at least 1 SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (SF ECP) implementation project.
- Official certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (SF ECP).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Native Spanish language proficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
