Puesto de trabajo: IT Manager Rango salarial: Hasta 50.000€ Ubicación: Presencial en Alicante

Empresa en plena expansión necesita incorporar un IT Manager que se encargue a nivel nacional de la gestión de las diferentes sedes a nivel tecnológico.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderazgo del Departamento IT. Supervisar y liderar un equipo de profesionales de IT para garantizar la eficiencia operativa y la entrega de soluciones tecnológicas de calidad.
  • Integración de Software de Gestión y ERP. Gestionar la integración efectiva de software de gestión empresarial y sistemas ERP para optimizar procesos y mejorar la eficiencia operativa.
  • Integración con APIs. Desarrollar e implementar integraciones mediante APIs para asegurar la interoperabilidad entre diferentes sistemas y plataformas.
  • Mantenimiento de Servidores. Supervisar el mantenimiento regular de servidores, asegurando la disponibilidad y seguridad de los datos.
  • Gestión de Redes. Diseñar, implementar y mantener la infraestructura de red, garantizando un rendimiento óptimo y una seguridad robusta.
  • Evaluación y Adopción de Nuevas Tecnologías. Mantenerse al día con las últimas tendencias tecnológicas, evaluando su aplicabilidad para mejorar las operaciones de la empresa.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia Profesional. Más de 10 años de experiencia en roles de IT,.
  • Conocimientos Técnicos. Experiencia sólida en la integración de software de gestión y sistemas ERP.
  • Dominio en la integración con APIs y desarrollo de soluciones personalizadas.
  • Amplio conocimiento en el mantenimiento de servidores y gestión de redes.
  • Habilidades de Liderazgo. Habilidad probada para liderar equipos, gestionar proyectos y tomar decisiones estratégicas.
  • Comunicación Efectiva. Habilidades de comunicación para interactuar con equipos internos y externos de manera efectiva.
