âï¸Â Tes futures missions :
  •  Collaboration avec lâéquipe Product Management : conseiller nos product managers des meilleures méthodes à adopter, participer à la création du user flow ainsi quâaux workshops avec nos stakeholders
  • Delivery et conceptualisation: délivrer des mockups et des prototypes, animer des prototypes, travailler avec les développeurs sur la réalisation de mockups, évaluer le produit existant, et contribuer également à la mise à jour du UI kit
  • User research: préparer le guide User research, mener & analyser les entretiens utilisateurs
  • User testing: préparer le guide User testing, mener ces tests auprès de nos utilisateurs, analyser les résultats, et procéder à des itérations à la suite de ces user tests

 

ð Profil recherché :

Pour nous rejoindre en VIE, il est nécessaire de remplir certaines conditions que tu peux vérifier ici. 

  • Tu as 2/3 ans dâexpérience en UX design
  • Tu possèdes un portfolio UX/Product Design
  • Tu as déjà eu lâoccasion de travailler avec des méthodes UX design (research, conception, user test, iteration)
  • Tu es autonome, curieux·se et team player
  • Tu es capable de travailler sur différents produits en même temps et tu comprends les problèmes des utilisateurs
  • Tu sais mener des entretiens & tests utilisateurs, et tu as de lâexpérience en UX audit
  • Tu as lâhabitude de travailler avec dâautres designers, les équipes Tech & Product
  • Tu maitrises Figma et tu es familier·ère avec lâauto-layout, component, variant, design system, etc. 
  • Tu as idéalement travaillé sur des produits B2C
