Responsibilities
As a JUNIOR TRADE and BRAND MANAGER HUGO BOSS, you will be responsible for designing, implementing marketing and trade plans.
Track results and analyze to get learnings for future actions.Project Management: Lead Initiatives Launches (planning, point of sale execution, trade plan…) engaging all other functions involved in them (Influencer Marketing, Visibility & Merchandising, Digital, Sales, Ecommerce, Demand Planning, Finance…).Ensure Corporate Marketing alignment & licenses guidelines fit in all actions, ensuring consistency.Analyze sell-out and sell-in data to track goals, project results and have brand KPI’s under control. Monthly tracking and propose proactively corrective actions if needed.Leverage market insights intelligence: identify market, brand and consumer trends to make diagnosis and strategic proposals for the brand.Forecast brand needs in terms of demand planning and ensure a proper Sales & Operations Process together with Supply Chain, Channel Trade and Sales Departments.Do internal and external vibrating brand presentations.
