Job Summary

• This role is responsible for planning web or interactive marketing programs and mapping online customer experience strategy. The role drives editorial strategies and content for online properties including website, social media, portals and provides recommendations on best-fit solutions to web problems. Additionally, the role supports establishing performance indicators, manages and directs assigned agencies, and leads moderate to high complexity projects while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plans, executes, and measures web or interactive marketing programs and technologies to reach online customers or internal audiences.

• Develops and drives editorial strategies and content for online properties, landing pages or websites.

• Provides expertise to recommend best-fit solution, including look and feel, navigation experience, information architecture, to meet marketing or business objective.

• Plans, executes, and measures the online customer experience strategy and roadmap for a business or country.

• Establishes, tracks and measures business group or country measurements of success factors such as web traffic, revenue and leads generated.

• Manages and directs assigned agencies or contractors as needed and manages projects budgets as assigned.

• Leads implementation of keyword research, on-page SEO optimization, and paid ads campaigns.

• Ensures compliance with all web standards, processes and tools, and regulatory laws.

• Solves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently.

• Leads moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans.

Education & Experience Recommended

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Computer Science, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in Interactive marketing, online customer service, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
